ABSTRACT
The article presents analysis of methods of diagnostics of bearings of oil and gas pumping units. A new method of diagnostics that use information about dynamic forces in equipment’s support is proposed. For implementation of this method an electronic prototype was developed and experiments with installation with damaged bearings were provided. The results of experimental study show that method is applicable for diagnostics of various defects.

ABSTRACT
The development of a three-layer ball tank design is considered, as well as the method of its construction in the SCAD software package. The development of a material that is sufficiently strong, rigid and meets the requirements of strength and stability from the impact of operating loads is very complex and time-consuming. The need to simultaneously meet a number of requirements leads to the idea of developing three-layer structures in which the filler performs only one or better several functions. The construction method is described in detail and the structure of a three-layer ball tank is given.

ABSTRACT
This article discusses the method of magnetic memory of metal, which allows you to identify stress concentration zones and thus control the stress-strain state of the equipment. The purpose of the article is to study the application of the metal magnetic memory method for the technical diagnosis of pressure vessels using the stress concentration meter on samples that have previously undergone fatigue tests. The article presents the results of the study in the form of graphical dependences of the tangential and normal magnetic field strengths on the upper and lower sides of the sample and graphs of the resulting magnetic field strengths. According to the results of the study, it was found that this method allows you to determine the stages of crack formation, which is very important when assessing the residual resource of the vessels.

ABSTRACT
The main cause of accidents of long-term trunk pipelines operating in the Republic of Belarus is the failure of ring welded joints. The main cause of failure is the development of existing defects and the generation of new defects, leading to rupture of the pipeline or the formation of a corrosion fistula. The restoration of the viscous plastic properties of the metal of welded joints is possible due to the repair work using the heat treatment method. There are no researches on the effect of this method on the corrosion resistance of welded joints. The article presents data on the effect of heat treatment on the corrosion resistance of sections of the annular welded joint of trunk pipelines that have undergone long-term operation.

ABSTRACT
In laboratory conditions, the physicochemical parameters and the influence of the Difron-4201 depressant additives on the rheological properties of a highly paraffinic, highly viscous, resinous model oil sample were studied. Experimental studies were carried out on a rotational viscometer in a wide range of temperatures and shear rate gradient. As a result of the study, the dependences of shear stress on the gradient of the shear rate and the dependence of the effective viscosity on the shear rate were obtained. Based on the data of a rotational viscometer, the curves of the dependence of shear stresses on the velocity gradient and effective viscosities on the velocity gradient are constructed. The flow curves were processed according to the Herschel-Balkley model (viscous plastic fluid). It has been established that high-paraffin model oil exhibits non-Newtonian behavior up to 40 °C.

ABSTRACT
The article is devoted to the water treatment of high water color index waters for oil and gas transportation and storage systems at low temperatures conditions. The relevance of the article is justified by the development of pipeline transport in the regions of Eastern Siberia and the Far East. The purpose of the article is to provide an empirical presentation of the feasibility and efficiency of reactant treatment of high water color index waters at low temperatures by the example of real waters of the Lena River (Eastern Siberia) and the Zeya River (Far East).

ABSTRACT
This article is devoted to the current problem of the need to improve the operational reliability of floating roofs of vertical steel tanks.The paper analyzes the problems and failures that arise during the operation of floating roofs of tanks and ways to increase their operational reliability. In particular, the issues of the influence of snow loads on floating roofs, problems arising from the operation of sealing gates and a drainage device are considered.

ABSTRACT
It is shown that in the boundary zones of the junction of dissimilar materials, a singular stress field similar to a crack can occur. This requires the use of fracture mechanics approaches in strength assessment. By selecting a joint configuration, singularity can be avoided and higher strength state achieved. The features of the interphase and transverse cracks at the phase boundary in mechanically dissimilar elements are also considered.

ABSTRACT
Oil production in modern conditions is complicated by a number of negative factors, which is also typical for the fields of Bashkortostan at the late stage of development. In the conditions of transition to the priority of domestic products, the article justifies the relevance of the use of polymer reagents of natural origin. In this capacity, the article considers reagents based on natural polysaccharides: starch, cellulose, gums, the use of which is able to impart to drilling fluids improved filtration, rheological, inhibitory and pseudoplastic properties, important in drilling horizontal wells in unstable glued collectors. The positive experience of using polymer-clay, non-clay, emulsion drilling fluids prepared on the basis of polymers of various classes: acrylates, polysaccharides, biopolymers, modified starches, carboxy- and polyanionic cellulose was considered, and it was shown that for engineering and technological support of drilling horizontal barrels at the fields of Bashkortostan, the use of a domestic reagent base is promising in economic, ecological and technical aspects.

ABSTRACT
Today, the issue of assessing environmental risks in the process of oil and gas production is highly relevant. Existing methods for assessing environmental risks provide disparate and fragmented data that do not reflect the full picture of environmental impact. The absence of a unified assessment methodology that would take into account the impact on all elements of the environment, including humans, ultimately affects the reliability of information on the state of the environment during and at the end of mining operations. The aim of this work is to create a comprehensive methodology for assessing environmental risks. To do this, we have selected the most representative of the existing methods which reflect the impact on all elements of the natural environment. This set of methods has been used to assess the environmental risk at the facilities of Irkutsk Oil Company LLC. According to the results of the assessment, the aggregate indicator is set as “average”, i.e. requiring additional measures to control and reduce the negative impact. The use of this integrated methodology at oil and gas production companies will allow avoiding unaccounted environmental burden.
