ABSTRACT
An extreme approach to solving the problem of the hydraulic calculation of the stationary mode of operation of oil pipelines is presented. One of the solution methods, which is the defect algorithm, is considered. On a specific example, the construction of a computational network is considered and the algorithm of the solution is given. The advantages of using the extreme approach are presented.

ABSTRACT
In case of controlled outflow of VOC vapors, which are formed during the tanker loading, it is important to have an adequate model of volumetric flow rate dynamics for the entire period of loading. It is so due to the volumetric flow rate of the gas phase determines the design parameters of the vapor pipeline system and vapor recovery units (VRU). Such modeling is in demand not only at the design stage, but also contributes to solving operational problems of optimizing such systems. Vapor growth factor, which is well studied in the problems of the outflow of a gas-air mixture from storage tanks, is proved to be much greater than 1 and can be less than 1, in case of controlled vapor outflow from tankers, due to the significant influence of the hydraulic resistance of the vapor pipeline.

ABSTRACT
The article consists the study of a problem concerning deposits of asphalts, resins, and paraffins formation on the inside surface of major pipelines during pumping paraffin oils. The article gives a detailed analysis of the main reasons of asphalts, resins, and paraffins deposits formation and their negative influence on pipeline transportation processes. Much attention is given to the basic methods of removal these heavy oil deposits (and their disadvantages) for the purpose of cleaning pipelines from already shaped formations. The question of utilization heavy oil deposits as an inside thermal major pipeline isolation is also investigated, moreover it is shown, that this type of isolation improves pipeline characteristics. According to executed work there were designated the main directions of next researches in order to make possible applying the method of creating additory isolation layer in practice.

ABSTRACT
The study is concerned withoil and oil products spill response based on using sorbing materials.  There are explored the questions of its applying: the choice, application, removing fromwater surface and utilization. The article presents research of some properties of a polymer sorbent, which provides rapid gathering of spill and resource-efficient utilization (recycling). The interaction of the sorbentand hydrocarbons (oil and oil products)has the effect of creating of a single structure that is easily removable from water surface, in spite of the fact that this material has powdery form.  Used sorbent can be dissolved in excess of an original product (oil or oil products).

ABSTRACT
In this article a brief description of the test bench for the study of energy transformation during the rotational motion of fluid is provided, also an estimation of the errors in measuring pressure and flow is given, the program of experimental work is briefly described. To simulate a rotating motion in a fixed pipeline, we used a model of fluid flow in a rotating pipeline. According to the results of the work, two hypotheses of observed effects that follow the movement of fluid in a pipeline, which rotates around its longitudinal axis are put forward. Dependences of pressure loss due to flow for the vortex chambers were obtained, this results will help to simulate the energy loss during vortex formation.

ABSTRACT
The article is devoted to questions of reduction of risk of complications when drilling oil and gas wells in the intervals put by the showered soapstones with layers of clays application of specially developed compoundings of washing fluids. As result of successfully carried out tests on a number of fields of the Volga and Ural region, the compounding of emulsion solution which synergetic effect is provided with a combination of a polysaccharide component, surfactant and hydrocarbon that polymer – surfactant" belongs to an innovative system like "is offered. The offered type of solution is characterized by high stability of parameters, regulating viscosity, filtration and the inhibiting ability of clay systems. The article substantiates the probable mechanism of the solution due to the formation of associates by the type of crown ethers.

ABSTRACT
The territorial-economical patterns of the region are in a formative stage, the essential elements of which are the resource-extraction enterprises. The scales of the oil and gas complex development increased here to a great extent in comparison with the recent past: recovery of petroleum and condensate reached 69 million tons against the background of the petroleum recovery in Russia equal to 555,84 million tons. The basic part of all produced gas in the Far East comprised 18,3 billion cub. m whereas, in Russia, 725,17 billion cub. m were extracted.
