ABSTRACT
Viscogram slope coefficient at binary mixing of oils is studied on the basis of laboratory measurements of dynamic viscosity at various temperatures. Viscogram slope coefficient is used in the Reynolds-Filonov equation, which is widely used at design and operation of main oil pipeline transport in non-isothermal regime. The linear additivity of viscogram slope coefficient was investigated, then viscosity-temperature dependence of the binary mixture was studied.
KEYWORDS: viscogram slope coefficient, dynamic viscosity, Reynolds-Filonov equation, viscosity-temperature dependence, binary mixture, oil blending.

ABSTRACT
The article considers the issue of effective control of the level of oil and oil products for steel vertical tanks. Analyzed the tools used to control the level of filling. Various approaches to the organization of the level control system in the tank are considered, the necessity and importance of this process is shown. A new approach to the calibration of the reservoir is proposed, based on the application of new methods for analysis of geometry and the construction of accurate threedimensional models by ground-based laser scanning. It is shown that the current methods of using this technology do not fully use its potential. Methods are proposed to improve the accuracy and reliability of obtaining information on transactions for steel vertical tanks.

ABSTRACT
The article is devoted to the evaluation of the residual life of the main gas pipelines exposed to transverse stress corrosion cracking (SCC). As a result of the conducted metal studies, the regularity of the change in the velocity of transverse deformation of pipes with a weakened cross section is established. A formula for the evaluation of the residual life of gas pipelines operating under conditions of corrosion and mechanical effects, characterized by applicability to the transverse type of SCC, is proposed.
KEYWORDS: residual resource, gas pipeline, stress corrosion.

The article shows the preparation of inorganic complexes of imidazoline derivatives based on synthetic petroleum acids and polyethylene polyamine with nitric acid. Some physico-chemical properties of the complexes were studied and their kinetic effect on ST-3 steel against hydrogen sulfide corrosion was verified. It was found that synthesized complexes at low concentrations (15, 25, 50, 75, 100 mg / l) have a high inhibitory effect against hydrogen sulfide corrosion of steel.

The article deals with the design features of surface membrane isothermal tanks for storage of liquefied natural gas. The purpose of the article is to analyze technical solutions used in the design and installation of the main elements of membrane tanks (membranes, thermal insulation, external walls). The analysis revealed the main problems with the use of membrane tanks for the long-term storage of significant volumes of liquefied natural gas, but it was concluded that when solving these problems, the use of membrane reservoirs as terrestrial LNG storage facilities is quite promising.

ABSTRACT
The concept of indeterminacy of measurement in a broad sense and as the quantitative characteristic is studied. The comparative characteristic of the concepts «biases» and «indeterminacy of measurement» is provided. It is revealed that indeterminacy as the quantitative characteristic is rather new concept in the history of measurements though concepts of an error and an error analysis are used in metrological practice long ago. Also the main stages of estimation and calculation of indeterminacy, assessment of value of indeterminacy in the production safety, connection of assessment of indeterminacy of result of measurement with determination of risk are noted. Definition of result of measurement and finding of assessment of a measurand on one of ways of calculation of indeterminacy is given. The fact that indeterminacy of measurements for the present is not considered at expertize of industrial safety of technical devices, buildings and constructions that could promote accuracy of the taken measurements is noted.
KEYWORDS: error/indeterminacy of measurement, result of measurement, mathematical model, GUM, safety, risk, examination.

ABSTRACT
The main purpose of geomechanical modeling is to identify the local stress field and assess of its impact on the emergence of new ones or changing the degree of disclosure of existing cracks. At the same time, the reconstruction of the stressstrain state of the rock mass is of paramount importance for the prediction of the permeability of oil-saturated layers. The article presents the results of geomechanical modeling, as well as the abnormally high values of the secondary permeability of the deep horizons of the pre-Ural boundary deflection, which are the most favorable sites for the search for oil and gas deposits.
KEYWORDS: geomechanical modeling, hydrocarbon systems, stages and phases, reservoirs, oil-saturated layers, local field, fracturing.
