ABSTRACT
An universal asymptotic model is proposed for a generalized description of the flow curve for a Newtonian, plastic, pseudoplastic and viscoplastic fluid based on the use of real physically significant parameters: static and dynamic shear stresses, coefficient of ductile viscosity. The algorithm for searching the calculated coefficients of the model from the results of approximation of the experimental curve obtained on a rotational viscosimeter is given. Big attention is paid to the required complexity of the model, which should correspond to the amount and level of error of available data obtained by empirical study. The problems of forecasting the rheological properties of petroleum mixtures, including in the presence of anomalous non-Newtonian oils, are considered. The conventional methods for calculating the viscosity for binary mixtures of Newtonian oils are analyzed. The results of an analytical comparison of the efficiency of the use of the author’s asymptotic model with approximate Balkley-Herschel equation in mixtures with the presence of non-Newtonian oil are presented.
KEYWORDS: rheological model, flow curve, viscosity, shear stress, mixing, oil, non-Newtonian fluid, oil mixture, anomalous flow zone.

ABSTRACT
The article considers the problem of determining the residual resource of underwater lines. There are two main reasons: the corrosive runout and cyclic fatigue of the metal that are determining the content and timing of maintenance and
repair activities as well as the remaining resource of underwater pipelines. There are proposed a model of genetic information analysis in the system of forecasting the technical state of an underwater line. The model takes into account the measure of inaccuracy when determining the input parameters and the accuracy of the mathematical model itself that is used in calculations.
KEYWORDS: analysis, runout, corrosion, model, oil pipeline, parameter, measure of inaccuracy, resource, fatigue, operation.

ABSTRACT
The relevance of this study is caused by the need to study the screening effect of grounding devices on the electrochemical protection of underground pipelines located on the territory of industrial sites. The article presents the results of experimental studies of the influence, caused by groundings on the efficiency of underground pipelines cathodic protection. There was determined cathodic protection current screening coefficient, defined by the results of measurements of the pipe-to-soil potential. This coefficient allows to judge the influence of the material and the location of the protective grounding on the efficiency of electrochemical protection. This article analyzes indicators of efficiency and rational energy consumption of cathodic protection of oil and gas pipelines located on the territory of industrial sites, as a result of which a significant correlation of the cathodic protection current screening coefficient and the current flowing to the groundings was detected.
KEYWORDS: reliability and safety of oil and gas pipelines, pipeline system of industrial sites, protective groundings of the electrical equipment, cathodic protection current screening coefficient, electrochemical protection efficiency indicators.

ABSTRACT
The issues of a methodology developing for assessing the impact of gas quality on the energy efficiency of the gas transportation system are considered. The physical model of heat and mass transfer of moist gas in a gas pipeline is presented, and the components of the heat balance of the system are validated depending on the concentration of moisture in the transported gas. The quantitative estimation of energy losses and additional compressor stations energy expenditures for their compensation during transportation of the undrained gas with deviations from the designed temperature of the dew point is given.
KEYWORDS: gas pipeline, compressor station, gas quality, moisture content, energy efficiency, heat and mass transfer, temperature of the dew point.

ABSTRACT
This article is devoted to the actual problem of liquefied natural gas and associated petroleum gas’ utilization and usage in Arctic’s deposits. The work consider the gas rational usage problems by its refining on liquefied natural gas, methanol and dimethyl ether directly at the production site, and consider the questions of the dislocation. This solution is particularly cost-effective in cases when gas recovered from single and remote offshore deposits, when construction of gas transmission systems is not justified. It was concluded about possibility of liquefied natural gas and associated petroleum gas refining to promising energy, which is a multipurpose semi-product on the basis of which it may be obtained various important chemical products, as well as ecologically clean liquid fuels. It was also studied the history of offshore floating plants’ emergence for on-site processing of natural and associated gas in liquefied natural gas, liquid methanol and dimethyl ether and studied the transport and storage’s questions on offshore conditions.
KEYWORDS: dimethyl ether, methanol, liquefied natural gas, floating offshore rig, associated petroleum gas.

ABSTRACT
The article deals with the study of the self-calibration effect in the annular rubber limiting elements used in oil and gas mining equipment. To this end, the expression of the generalized Hooke’s law was used. For situations where compression nodes have different variants, the analytic model of the cipher has been developed and the conditions for the self-sufficiency effect for different shapes of the clampers are written. The obtained theoretical models, various implementations of oil and gas mining equipments are used.
KEYWORDS: rubber limiting rings, modular effect, contact tension, elasticity and sliding pattern modulus elasticity.

ABSTRACT
In recent years, many enterprises in Russia pay great attention to the labour protection, strive to provide more comfortable working conditions in the workplace. In «Gazprom» the management of labor protection is based on the concept of professional risk. The aim of this work is the description of the activities on the labor protection in the organization on the basis of current standards, assessment of efficiency of interaction of services at all stages of the process. It is significant that the standards based on the risk assessment must be performed not only by employees but also by specialists of other organizations involved in implementation of works. This fact suggests that the protection of life and health of all people employed in production facilities is one of the key priorities of «Gazprom» company.
