ABSTRACT
Natural gas pipelines in operation are in complex stress-strain state. In addition, like any system, they interact with the environment (soil) and react to its changes. Using the methods of iterations and successive approximations, the possibility of evaluating the stress state of an underground pipeline taking into account the different ground changes in which the forces are unknown in advance. The algorithm of the original program, allowing describe the actual behavior of the pipeline during its interaction with the soil.

A comparative analysis of the values for failure and allowable operating pressure on unit working modes results, techniques calculation and modeling. The technique constructing geometry of corrosion defect has been developed. The calculation models of corrosion defects with a metal loss from 10 to 35% from pipe wall thickness for the elastoplastic formulation has been presented. Dependences of the Mises equivalent stress in a corrosive area of the value of the internal pressure are revealed.

ABSTRACT
The article describesgeneral laws of steel corrosion cracking, which has a decisive influence on the possibility of high-strength pipes use for the hydrocarbons production at high concentrations of hydrogen sulfide. The measures are proposedthat provide resistance to cracking of steel with yield strength of at least 620 MPa in the aqueous solution saturated with hydrogen sulfide. The article showsthe influence of chemical composition, heat treatment and microstructures parameters on the possibility of achieving high threshold stresses in the low-alloy steels. Basic Gazprom standards requirements to sour resistantcasing and tubing pipes’ metal are given. The article also describesmastering of such products manufacturing in the framework of scientific and technical cooperation program between PJSC «Gazprom» and PJSC «TMK».

ABSTRACT
The article discusses a method of optimizing the allocation of methanol from condensate low-temperature separation in the dephlegmator, which allows to reduce the consumption of the inhibitor in 4–4,5 times in comparison with the basic scheme through recycling the greater part of the entrained inhibitor in the flow diagram. We propose the creation of resources and energy saving technologies of complex processing of gas and gas condensate, characterized by high working efficiency, reduction of the quantity of gases stabilization and the consumption of methanol.

ABSTRACT
The existing designs of the sealing valves rigid type for floating roof tanks are considered. Special attention is given to the shortcomings of the existing secondary seals, which are not efficiently prevent dust and rain into the product stored in the tank. With the aim of improving the tightness of the sealing gate for floating roofs it is proposed to produce a rational selection of forms and materials of secondary seals. Proposed secondary seal becomes more resistant to low temperatures, reliable, durable and retains performance when passing welded joints and also at the cold margin provides additional cleaning of the container walls due to the pointed ends.
