ABSTRACT
The Paper is devoted to the development of a method for the rapid determination of the presence of water in diesel fuel. As a tool, it is proposed to use a change in transparency. An experimental setup has been developed to determine the transparency depending on the turbidity of the liquid. Experimental studies were carried out to determine the transparency of water in the presence of a dye and diesel fuel in the presence of water. The processing of experimental data has been carried out. The threshold for triggering an alarm in the presence of an unacceptable concentration of water in diesel fuel is determined for various options for setting the problem, including in the case of a risk-based approach.

ABSTRACT
In this work the physical-chemical properties of asphalteneresin-paraffin (ASPO) deposits are studied. Their component composition was determined. The results obtained are the basis for the selection of effective solvents and the choice of the method of removing deposits from oil reservoirs. Two hydrocarbon solvents with the brands TSK Б and TSK B were tested. The solvent ability of solvents was tested.

ABSTRACT
The study was carried out in connection with the prospects of using diesel fuel as an absorbent when capturing gasoline vapors, as a result of which the flash point of a low-volatile petroleum product decreases. The article examines the change in the quality reserve of diesel fuels by flash point as a statistical value. Using the example of LUKOIL-Permnefteorgsintez, LUKOIL-Western Siberia Kogalymneftegaz CCI and LUKOIL-Uralnefteprodukt LLC, it is shown that EURO winter and Arctic diesel fuels (Class 3), as a rule, have a fairly high quality margin in terms of flash point. The nature of the distribution of this random variable in the spring-summer period at these enterprises in different years is compared. The possibility of joint processing of statistical data on the quality reserve by flash point for different enterprises, in different time periods, has been tested. The ratio of the volumes of diesel fuel used in vapor recovery absorption plants and the gasoline received, in which the quality of diesel fuel will not suffer, is determined. The results of the research can be used in planning the use of absorption units for the recovery of gasoline vapors.

ABSTRACT
When analyzing the technical condition of the flow part of the compressor unit, the problem of experimental testing related to the class of multiparametric unimodal functions is considered. To do this, it is necessary to first determine the specific type of efficiency criterion, the conditions of the final search process and the class of test functions. In this case, the initial information is the calculated diagnostic indicators, data on the operating modes of the centrifugal supercharger (axial compressor), the parameters of the pumped gas and the reference characteristics of the machine. In the presented work, the main diagnostic criteria were selected (by sections), and relations were also found to describe the technical condition of the flow part of the compressor unit.

ABSTRACT
This paper presents a method for calculating the rolling radius of the repair card for the structures of the stress-strain state of the cross-section of the panel with elastic deformation of the extreme fibers of the wall belts after unfolding the panel to the design radius. A mathematical model of the residual moment is presented, taking into account the impact of hydro-testing and corrosion processes on the wall.

ABSTRACT
Article is devoted to the current problem of improving the seismic protection of main pipelines. As a solution, a seismic protection installation based on rod systems with a given power characteristic is assumed. The proposed device allows safe operation of the main pipeline, by quickly damping of oscillations.

ABSTRACT
Article is devoted to the current problem of improving the seismic protection of tanks. The solution is to install a group of seismic protection devices under the bottom of the tank. The proposed devices with quasi-zero stiffness make it possible to neutralize the vertical impact of aftershocks on the reservoir, maintain its design position, and ensure the safety of operation in seismically active areas.

ABSTRACT
The article covers the problem of the oil and gas pipelines laying in coastline conditions right next to the water features – rivers, stream, and swamp. Traditional approaches involve the use of large volumes of expensive imported crushed stone or sand-gravel mix for these purposes. The alternative way is to strengthen mud and clay soils (sandy loam, clay loam) by injection of alkaline and sulfate activators right next to the pipelines being laid, which significantly reduces the cost of excavation procedure and material transportation. Laboratory tests confirm the compliance of physical, mechanical and operational characteristics fixed by alkaline and sulfate activation of clay soils (compressive strength, elastic modulus, water resistance) with the requirements of regulatory and technical documentation.

ABSTRACT
Article discusses the existing methods of LNG transportation. The stages of the traditional technology of LNG reloading by the ≪ship-to-ship≫ method are described and an improved technology of LNG reloading using a minimum number of cargo pumps is proposed. In the final part, the advantages of the proposed technology are described in detail.

ABSTRACT
Article discusses modern algorithms for conducting simultaneous operations for transferring of two crude oil grades via FSO (Floating storage and offloading unit), which make it possible to significantly optimize crude oil transferring projectsand increasing their throughput. The classification of tanker ships and the importance of finding new efficient ways to transship crude oil are described in detail. The existing experience in this area in Russia is presented. Ways to prevent the occurrence of hazardous factors affecting the operation of projects are given.
