ABSTRACT
In the article the system of pipeline diagnostic equipment kicking into scraper launcher-receiver is considered. It is suggested that the modernized scraper launcher-receiver system could be operated without kicking system, driven by hydraulic power. The authors characterize the main components of automatization system and their selection criteria for the exhibition stand experiment demonstration. The algorithm of Arduino Uno R3 logic controller program part Arduino Uno R3 is also described in the article. Experiments have shown total operating capacity of the stand and the efficiency of its prime engineering decision.

ABSTRACT
The paper presents the results of strength calculations of tee-joints in programmes using the finite element method, «SHtucer MKE» and ANSYS. As a result of the study, the limit angle of the pipe joint in a tee-joint under internal pressure has been found. The maximum stresses in tee-joints are plotted as a function of the angle of articulation of the pipes. The results obtained can be used to investigate the miscibility of components in dynamic compounding systems as well as for making tee-joints for experiments under laboratory conditions.

ABSTRACT
The paper contains information about the factors which affect on the deterioration of the quality of crude oil produced in Russia. The conclusion is made about the importance of correct regulation of the quality of flows and the calculation of their incompatibility. An optimal ratio of components, including Russian crude oils from various fields, in a mixture was calculated, with which a given set point for sulfur at the outlet was provided, and an analysis of the incompatibility of crude oils at a given ratio was performed. As a result, matrices of the quality and incompatibility of these oils were built, which make it possible to quickly find the preliminary ratio of the components in the mixture when the quality of the components change, as well as to assess the incompatibility of the crude oil components.

ABSTRACT
The development of gas chemistry largely determines the economic development of the country. From the ethane contained in hydrocarbon gases, valuable materials are obtained – polyethylene and polypropylene, the need for which will only increase in the future. The article discusses various aspects of the beneficial use of hydrocarbon gases. The prospects of deethanization of gases in the fields are shown. Recommendations are given on the most advantageous and technically expedient methods of ethane transportation. The results of the analysis of normative documents regulating the design of technical systems for the delivery of ethane to gas processing plants are presented.

ABSTRACT
The article proposes a method for recalculating gas dynamic characteristics (GDC) based on the results of operational tests at two rotor speeds of multistage centrifugal compressors (MCC) at booster compressor stations. The application of the proposed method, taking into account the mismatch of performance, allows for the recalculation of the GDC of multi-stage central compressors based on the results of operational acceptance tests at booster compressor stations with sufficient accuracy for engineering calculations.

ABSTRACT
The article is devoted to the current problem of improving operational safety by timely detection of defects in vertical steel tanks. The classification of methods of automated control of the technical condition of the reservoirs is proposed. As a solution, a system for monitoring the technical condition of the tank is proposed, consisting of various sensors (strain gages, lasers) that analyze the parameters of the tank wall. The proposed system will allow detecting defects at the early stages of their origin.

ABSTRACT
The paper presents a moment graphic-analytical theory of mathematical modeling of the processes of production, installation and operation (repair) of tanks manufactured by the industrial method. The simulation results allow us to extend the well-known method of repairing tanks with a sheet-by-plate wall assembly to tanks manufactured in an industrial way, to investigate the effect of corrosion and low-cycle loading and unloading loads on the strength characteristics of a tank, and also to solve other problems associated with the specifics of manufacturing tanks by an industrial method.

ABSTRACT
The paper evaluates the use of a methane-hydrogen mixture (MHM) as a fuel gas for gas turbine engines of gas pumping units. The results of the simulation of the combustion process of the MHM with a hydrogen fraction of 20% in the combustion chamber of the AL-31ST gas turbine engine in the ANSYS software package are presented. The use of MHM will improve the environmental performance of gas turbine engines on main gas pipelines.

ABSTRACT
The article is devoted to the problem of oil spills liquidation as a result of accidents with tankers. The authors considered the main physical and chemical processes that oil undergoes during weathering. The analysis of the features of mechanics, taking into account the variability of the oil dispensing during its spread in the Arctic shelf, allows to conclude that the effectiveness of traditional means of emergency oill spills containment and liquidation has decreased, as well as there exists the necessity to find alternative ways to collect oil under ice. Successful research in the development of oleophilic sponges for collecting oil on water makes it possible to estimate the potential of their application in the conditions of the Arctic shelf.
