ABSTRACT
The paper presents the results of the analysis of the regulatory and technical base and technical and technological solutions for cleaning oil tanks from bottom sediment. In chronological order, the normative documents regulating the composition and order of work are considered. The main disadvantages and advantages of various methods, including modern autonomous and robotic complexes with a high level of extraction of hydrocarbon components and a minimum amount of oil sludge, are indicated. Particular attention is paid to closed treatment technologies, the implementation of which reduces fire and environmental risks. The advantages of chemical washing are highlighted, the technical and economic efficiency of which should be improved through a set of preparatory works based on calculation models and the most accessible cheap methods of physical impact.

ABSTRACT
The capture of oil and petroleum product vapors using pressure absorption is one of the promising methods for reducing their losses, which simultaneously ensures a reduction in environmental pollution. In its simplest form, such a vapor recovery unit (URP) provides for the use of a liquid-gas ejector (LGE), a pump and a circulation-separation tank, which makes it relatively low-capital-intensive and therefore attractive to consumers. Methods for calculating the characteristics of the HGE with a relatively high efficiency have been sufficiently developed to date. However, the methodology for determining the parameters of ejector URPS is not described in the literature. The purpose of the article is to develop a methodology for calculating ejector steam recovery units with a circulation-separation capacity. The paper provides a mathematical description of the problems of choosing a pump, determining the diameters of technological pipelines, choosing the height of the installation of a liquid-gas ejector, as well as determining the time period after which the low-volatile liquid in the installation circuit requires replacement. The pump is selected according to the pressure and supply found on the basis of the solution of the pressure balance equation compiled in relation to the calculation scheme given in the article. The peculiarity of its solution is the use of the method of hydraulic calculation of pipelines according to the recommended speeds, which made it possible to express friction losses without using pipe diameters in the calculation. Their determination is made further by the found flow rate of the working fluid and the recommended pumping speeds. The required pump head is determined based on the characteristics of the liquid-gas ejector and the pressure that must be provided at the outlet of the HGE. The frequency of replacement of a low-volatile liquid used as a working fluid is linked to the amount of evaporation losses, the degree of gasoline vapor capture and the permissible concentration of gasoline vapors in a low-volatile liquid. In general, a methodology for determining the parameters of ejector steam recovery units with a circulation-separation capacity is proposed.

ABSTRACT
Based on data from the industrial application the article presents numerical study of the effectiveness of drag reduction agents in dependence on the operation mode of main oil pipeline: when pipeline looping is connected of and when Reynolds numbers and shear stresses are increasing of due to introducing additional pumps into operation. The results are obtained that combination application of the pipeline looping with the addition of an anti-turbulent agents leads to decreasing of the effectiveness of the anti-turbulent agent compared to the operation mode without looping. During the transition to more developed turbulent flow, the effectiveness of the anti-turbulent additive increases to a certain maximum value, and with a further increase of the flow velocity, shear stress and Reynolds number, it decreases.

ABSTRACT
Mathematical modeling of fluid flow modes through pipelines and leaks from them is well known and widely used for the development and application of leak detection systems. The adequacy of this model is of theoretical and practical value. However, as practice shows the standard leakage model leads to pressure trends, which may differ somewhat from the real ones. To adapt the classical model, amendments are proposed to bring the calculated pressure trends closer to the real. These amendments consist in the addition of dynamic components to the boundary conditions and also to the equations of motion and withdrawal.

ABSTRACT
The article analyzes the possibility of modernizing gas air cooling unit installed at compressor stations in order to reduce energy consumption, which is achieved by using composite materials in the design of power components. In order to evaluate the efficiency of installing the GATS-50-4М2 impeller, we developed 3D model of a typical fan with classic blades, similar to the design of the UК-2М. model. The use of composite materials in the impeller reduced the power required by the electric motor by 70%, which confirms their energy efficiency.

ABSTRACT
Equipment for gas transportation and storage under conditions of high pressure and the thermo mechanical effect needs physically justified, long-term and metrological error-resistant methods for prediction the remaining service life. This article provides an overview of modern approaches to service life prediction, their positive and negative sides, and the possibility of applying to pressure vessels. An example of using an approach to prediction service life of gas storage vessels based on the results of acoustic emission diagnostics, assessment of the stress-strain state, the kinetic concept of strength and hypotheses of linear damage accumulation is presented. The relationship between the developed concentration-kinetic strength indicators of a real object and the process of cyclic deformation of standard samples is shown, an example of calculating the activation energy of destruction as the most important characteristic in the kinetics of destruction is demonstrated.

ABSTRACT
The article proposes a method for increasing the corrosion resistance of welded joints made of carbon steels when irradiated with nanosecond laser pulses. An assessment of the corrosion resistance of modified surfaces of welded joints is given. The analysis of the microstructure of the surface of welded joints, which indicates pitting corrosion, is carried out. It has been found that laser-treated surfaces have improved anti-corrosion properties and have different degrees of corrosion protection depending on the type of nanorelief. It has been shown that the process of laser treatment makes it possible to purposefully change the surface morphology and physicochemical properties of steel with the formation of superhydrophobic surface and subsurface micro- and nanostructures.

ABSTRACT
In the process of storage and transportation of oil and oil products, irreversible autocatalytic processes occur, leading to an increase in the content of moisture and mineral impurities in them. This, in turn, affects the change in the main physical and chemical parameters of petroleum products. This article presents the results of a study on assessing the impact of storing gasoline and diesel fuel in the conditions of the Krasnodar Territory of the Russian Federation on their standard quality indicators. It is determined that the deterioration of the quality of diesel fuel is more intense than the deterioration of the quality of gasoline. The water content and pour point are those indicators, the values of which after its storage have gone beyond the limits of parameters of regulatory documents. Particular attention was paid to the experimental determination and development of mathematical dependences of the influence of ambient temperature on the pressure of saturated vapors of gasoline and diesel fuel. The obtained research results can be used to establish evidence-based storage periods for gasoline and diesel fuel in the conditions of the South of Russia.

ABSTRACT
The article presents the finite superelement development of the vertical steel tank wall.The use of the finite wall superelement allows reducing the number of nodes and elements at the numerical model, and, consequently, the calculation time.The dependence of the finite superelement length on the reservoir diameter is obtained from the results of a numerical experiment. The assessment of accuracy using the finite superelement of the wall is estimated.

ABSTRACT
The paper presents the results of research into the use of horizontal wells in the development of gas and gas condensate fields. The methods of determining the lengthand productivity of a horizontal gas well are described, the factors affecting the flow rate of a horizontal well are listed. Conclusions on the nature of the influence of factors on well flow rate are accompanied by the results of the authors’ calculations.

ABSTRACT
This article is devoted to the study of the features of the use of mooring boats in order to increase the speed of placing ships on multi-point berths and reduce their mooring time. The mechanism of distribution of forces on mooring boats, types of mooring, requirements and optimal characteristics of mooring boats are considered. Examples of the use of mooring boats in practice in the conditions of the Arctic Basin are given and a final conclusion is made on the use of a special type of boats for mooring ships.

ABSTRACT
The topicofthisarticleis relevant due to the fact that the functioning of sea terminals is inextricably linked with the technology of handling dangerous goods, which, in turn, leads to negative consequences for the health of workers and environmental damage to the environment. HAZID risk analysis is the most effective tool to reduce the risks of serious consequences in the operation and development of new projects for the export of hydrocarbons. The purpose of the work is a detailed study of the algorithm for conducting the HAZID method, determining the goals and objectives of its implementation. Subsequently, for each risk scenario identified, a risk ranking is developed using a risk matrix, including frequency and severity rankings.

ABSTRACT

Using correlation and regression analysis, it was possible to identify patterns of influence of these reagents on the filtration index, consistency index and the nonlinearity index of both each reagent separately and their combined action. Based on the calculated data, regression equations were obtained, with the help of which a zone was visualized that determines the use of specific values of the concentrations of these reagents when using these solutions.

ABSTRACT
The article discusses some comparative physical aspects in relation to lignosulfonate systems, their spatial forms, geometric characteristics, as well as the main characteristics of the efficiency of reagent systems in well conditions – Gibbs energy (also known as adsorption work). The article shows the autonomy of the adsorption constant to the adsorbent concentration and the relationship with the number of lignosulfonate macromolecules and its modified forms is derived.

MAGNITUDES, POWER-LAW PROBABILITY DISTRIBUTIONS AND THEIR APPLICATIONS IN VOLCANOLOGY (P. 85-95)

ABSTRACT
A detailed justification is given for the need to introduce magnitude as a logarithmic function of the main parameter, eliminating the singularity of the probability distribution at point 0 for fractal objects, which include volcanic eruptions, earthquakes, etc. In an accessible form, the derivation of the basic formulas for the analysis of power-law distributions, which is the main method for describing fractal objects, is given. Applications of this methodology for practical volcanology are given. The main types of magnitudes in volcanology and volcanic seismology are described. Examples of volcanic eruptions of various explosive magnitudes (VEI) in Kamchatka are given. The Middle and Upper Pleistocene calderas in Kamchatka are shown, associated with the maximum possible eruptions with VEI = 7.
