ABSTRACT
The paper proposes algorithms for creating band vibration norms based on statistical data of vibration inspections of gas turbine engines. On the basis of the results of vibration inspectionsof gas turbine enginesat different stages of operation, a probabilistic statistical method of decision-making for formation of band vibration norms of an engine is tested. For a converted aircraft-type gas turbine engine with a power of 16MW, a vibration model has been developed that includes band standards for 23 narrow-band components of the vibration spectrum of gas generator and power turbine modules in engine, as well as a list of node-by-node defect signs (fault detection rules) that characterize the vibration growth.

ABSTRACT
The article deals with the issues of relations between Russia and China in the field of gas transportation over the past 20 years. The main reasons for the high growth in China's gas demand, difficulties in establishing key agreements on the permanent export of Russian gas and the need to develop alternative gas transportation methods are highlighted. The emphasis is made on the importance of the Northern Sea Route as one of the ways to increase the supply of liquefied natural gas to China.

ABSTRACT
The article is devoted to the use of non-metallic pipes in the systems of field and main transport and low gas distribution networks. The disadvantages associated with the construction and operation of steel pipelines considered, as well as a feasibility study of the need for gradual replacement of steel pipes with polymer materials. The evaluation criteria are the hydraulic efficiency, which is the dependence of the useful power on the material and diameter of the pipes, and the economic component, which includes the cost of building pipeline systems. A comparative analysis performed for pipes of DN 57-325 diameters, mainly used in field collection networks and distribution systems. In the course of the technical and economic analysis, the effectiveness of polymer materials in low-and medium-sized networks proved.

ABSTRACT
The lack of balance in the complex of information facilities of enterprises for the production and transport of oil and gas leads to a deterioration in the qualitative and quantitative indicators of the activities of enterprises and a decrease in the efficiency of costs for the operation of fields. The relevance of the study is due to the need for a balanced development of information support for georesource engineering in conditions of uncertainty. The main methods for the implementation of a balanced state of information support are the construction and analysis of hierarchical organizational models of the georesource engineering infrastructure. The article presents the results of the development of a method for assessing the effectiveness of managing the balanced development of information support for engineering georesources. Hierarchical structures of organizational and technical systems of geo-resources engineering are considered, taking into account the characteristics of the complexity of the analysis of hierarchies describing these systems. The database for research is a system of indicators of dependences of the labor intensity of the implementation of the hierarchy analysis method on the dimension of matrices of paired comparisons of expert assessments of the effectiveness of organizational and technical systems of georesource engineering. Evaluation of the efficiency of information support in order to determine the achieved level of characteristics of the labor intensity of the analysis of hierarchical models of organizational and technical systems is carried out on the basis of integral metrics obtained using the convolution of indicators of the labor intensity of expert analysis. The maximum adequacy of conclusions when identifying the selected hierarchical model takes place when describing the complexity of matching matrices of paired comparisons of performance indicators with metrics based on the use of power forms. A system of metrics for the integral assessment of the effectiveness of hierarchical models of information support of organizational and technical systems for engineering georesources, which adequately describes the complexity of the analysis of models, depending on the characteristics of structures, used criterion systems, has been built. It is shown that the most effective are balanced structures of information support, characterized by the approximate equality of the number of criteria groups and the number of indicators in each group (indicators are included in the criteria groups).

ABSTRACT
The history of national gas-turbine power engineering establishment is the object of the research, where the development of gas-turbine power units used on compressor plants of major gas pipelines is described. The main reasons that influenced on modernization escalation of constructional and technical characteristics of equipment applied in major gas transportation are distinguished. The authors point out the importance of the largest national industrial enterprises resources utilization by gas transporting industry in order to support production potential on the economically efficient level. The conclusion of the gas-turbine power units’ development process was made from the viewpoint of the accident free work of united gas transporting system as well as from the export gas volumes maintenance position.

ABSTRACT
In the article, based on the assessment of existing technical means for reduce losses oil and oil products from evaporations, it is concluded that it is necessary to develop a new technical mean. A new mean has been developed − an atmospheric chamber, which is an oil-and-petrol-resistant soft shell located inside the tank, designed to reduce losses oil and oil product from evaporation. The design of a vertical and horizontal cylindrical tank with an atmospheric chamber is proposed. The principle of the tank operation was checked on the mock-up. Experimental setup was built, tests were carried out.According to the test results, evaporation losses are excluded, if using an atmospheric chamber in tanks.

ABSTRACT
This article is devoted to the problem of cleaning oil transport and storage facil-ities from asphalt-resin-paraffin deposits. An overview of modern achievements in this field is presented. The study is based on a system of mathematical equations that models the process of temperature changes and melting of deposits, taking into account the opera-tion of an ultrasonic emitter. As a result, the movement of the melting front at different temperatures and capacities is determined.

ABSTRACT
This article is devoted to the current problem of the need to improve the explosion safety of tanks by improving the design of the stationary roof of vertical steel tanks. As a solution, a roof with an easy-to-throw flooring is proposed, the design and method of fastening of which depends on the safe window of depressurization. The proposed solutions for fixing easy-to-throw flooring allow you to increase fire safety, speed up and simplify the installation process.

ABSTRACT
The article discusses the main problems that arise during the laying of oil pipelines in permafrost. To preserve frozen soils in their natural state, it is necessary to reduce thermal and mechanical effects. It has been determined that the use of a ground-based method of laying and heat-insulating materials based on aerogel will preserve the frozen soil in an undisturbed state.

ABSTRACT
To date, there are various insulation coatings for the repair and insulation of pipelines. There is a need to find the composition of the bitumen insulation coating for selective repair of insulation optimization of technological processes, which, among other things, can be achieved by reducing labor costs and time for carrying out repair work. The article presents the results of practical studies of the selection of the composition of the insulation coating. The composition is copyrighted.

ABSTRACT
Concept of importance of such element as liquified natural gas (LNG) storage in the set of the systems technologies of liquification of natural gas (ST LNG) is given in the article. Possible further development variants of the LNG storage technologies are described. Possibility of long-term gas storage in gaseous and liquid form in addition to short-term and mid-term gas storage is discussed.
