ABSTRACT
The paper addresses the issue of integrated environmental safety by solving the problem of creating an analytical base for making technical decisions when operating, designing and re-equipping the vapor recovery units at loading facilities. The result of the research allowed to formulating recommendations for equipping the vapor recovery units with devices for continuous monitoring of hydrocarbon emissions. In order to estimate the real vapor outflow, the equation was obtained to estimate vapor growth factor, which is suitable for most of the considered options of the vapor recovery unitsequipping.

ABSTRACT
The effect of reducing the hydraulic resistance in pipeline by adding an anti-turbulent additive (DRA) in the fluid in the past 60 years has been widely studied by experimental and theoretical methods. Based on the use of a Laser Doppler Anemometry (LDA) to study the mechanism of reducing the hydraulic resistance, a numerical simulation method is proposed for determining the velocity distribution in the radial and axial direction of the pipe. According to the results of testing DRA solutions and velocity distribution in the fluid flow, a law was obtained in reducing the turbulent resistance in the pipe section with an error less than 5%.

ABSTRACT
This article is devoted to the actual problem today for the utilization of associated petroleum gas from remote, small, as well as Arctic fields. The article discusses the currently existing technologies for utilization of associated petroleum gas directly at the production site, and also examines issues related to their placement. This solution is particularly cost-effective when disposing of gas from single and remote offshore fields that do not justify the construction of gas transmission systems. Also in this article, we reviewed the latest methods of utilization and processing of associated petroleum gas, which can be rationally used on offshore oil and gas platforms. The schemes and principles of operation of the proposed methods of associated petroleum gas utilization were also reviewed.

ABSTRACT
In this article the analysis of the sources covering various aspects of designs of girder-type overpasses with compensators is carried out. The optimal design is in which the maximum bending moment in the middle of the span and the moment on the support are equal in absolute value. On the basis of the revealed shortcomings of the design schemes, it is proposed to perform the calculation of a single-span girder-type overpass with compensators according to a different scheme.

ABSTRACT
Today, there is an acute issue of early failure of pump-compressor equipment, which is in long-term operation. In conditions of increased wear and high dynamic loads on this type of equipment, it becomes necessary to improve the concept of maintenance and diagnostics in the direction of troubleshooting pump-compressor equipment in the shortest possible time. The article discusses an integrated approach to determining the technical condition of pump-compressor equipment, based on vibrodiagnostics, parametric survey and strain gauge in real time.

ABSTRACT
The article is devoted to the reuse of brines in the development of underground gas storage facilities in salt formations. The relevance of the article is justified by the need to minimize losses during storage of natural gas. The purpose of the article is to present empirically the possibility and efficiency of re-use of the concentrate when the formation is diluted. This method allows to reduce the amount of used fresh water.

ABSTRACT
The article is devoted to the use of biopolymer drilling fluids that have the property of pseudoplasticity and meet the requirements for flushing fluids when drilling horizontal shafts and high-quality opening of productive layers in the fields of the Volga-Ural region. The rheological profile was investigated and the effectiveness of various biopolymer reagents based on microbial polysaccharides was evaluated. A comparative characterization of the operating efficiency in the well of the domestic reagent KK (Russia) with reagents of similar nature Kem-X (USA) and Rodopol-23R (France) was carried out. The experimental data confirmed the dependence of the effective viscosity of aqueous solutions of biopolymer reagents of polysaccharides on the strain rate of the structure of the solution (shear loads), studies of the properties of pseudoplasticity in terms of nonlinearity and consistency were carried out.

ABSTRACT
To reduce the number of accidents at oil, gas and oil products transportation facilities, first of all, it is necessary to know the source – the reason for the emergency. For this purpose, we have analyzed the emergencies that occurred at the facilities in the period from 2000 to 2017. we have Provided up-to-date statistical data on accidents on the main pipelines of Russia. The main causes of accidents are indicated in order to eliminate the existing shortcomings, reduce accidents and improve industrial safety.
