ABSTRACT
This article summarizes the major provisions of the developed technology to identify potentially dangerous areas prone to transverse stress corrosion cracking, as well as their repair without stopping the transport of gas by adjusting the spatial position in the vertical plane (increasing bend radius, reducing the deflection).

ABSTRACT
The problem of the deposits of resin-paraffin substances on the walls of pipes is known from the beginning of industrial oil extraction and transportation. But today the unique solution of this problem is not found. Using the experience of domestic and foreign researchers (Montan Universitat Leoben) in the field of destruction of ARPD in the bottom hole zone and tubing in this work the possibility of application of ULTRASONICfor the destruction of the SPO in the pipeline.

ABSTRACT
This work is based on the analysis of polymeric and composite pipe’s application on Russian systems of collecting and transportation of oil and gas. The activities of a number of enterprises are reviewed, which provided further successful implementation of these pipes in order to improve the reliability and efficiency of transport systems of oil and gas infrastructure of Russia.

ABSTRACT
The article is devoted to analysis of methane and liquefied gases by tankers on offshore conditions. Factors that initiated the gas in a liquefied state are briefly considered. First offshore ships for liquefied natural gas are briefly considered. The appearance and constructional peculiarities with their characteristics are shown. The key persons, who founded the maritime transport of liquefied natural gas (LNG) are highlighted. Main sources of pollutants and emissions into the atmosphere are described. The international organization’s requirements on the ecology of offshore ships are presented. Different ways of evaporated gase’s using as a motor fuel in gas-diesel installations are described in this article. The first offshore dual fuel gas-turbine engine is presented in Russia. It was concluded that economy of fuel and maintenance costs, as well as significantly reduce the emissions of harmful substances into the atmosphere by dual fuel engines using.

COMPARISON OF STRENGTH CHARACTERISTICS OF ALUMINUM ALLOYS COVERINGS OF DIFFERENT SUPPORTING STRUCTURES FOR VERTICAL STEEL TANKS

ABSTRACT
Loss reduction from evaporation during storage of crude oil and petroleum products in the vertical cylindrical steel tanks, is achieved by using floating cover sheets - floating covering. The article highlights the approbation of different structural schemes of main framing floating coverings made of aluminum alloys. An aluminum floating covering of traditional design is taken as a basis, with parallel arrangement of frame principal beams, a constructive solution is proposed to the radial location of principal beams. The most important task is to identify what type of structural scheme is the most reliable under the operating conditions of the floating cover sheet. Methods of cover sheets reliability evaluation consist in comparing the strength characteristics. As the basis of design we take tank floating covering with volume of 5,000 m3 and diameter of 22,8 m. Materials, section of girders, the thickness of sheet flooring is given equally to both types of the design schemes.
Loads on floating cover sheet are set and calculated, the largest by value are chosen for strength calculation.
Step-by-step calculation of principal beams is performed, the values of the internal forces in load-carrying profiles are defined, structure construction type is chosen for further designing after comparative analysis of the results. Then, with the aim of effect definition of principal structure on floating covering elements, support ring and sheet flooring are calculated, where grades and geometry parameters of estimated elements of floating cover sheet are chosen. The comparison of strength characteristics of floating coverings of aluminum alloys of different bearing constructions for vertical steel tanks is made on the basis of designing and complex of calculations. The above has become the basis to take construction scheme of a radial type as main for bearing floating covering structure.

ABSTRACT
To evaluate technical state of flowing part of Gas Turbine Units, integral coefficients of technical state are used. These coefficients are determined by calculation on the basis of total of initial parameters. The calculation error may cause reduction of diagnosis accuracy. 
To increase diagnosis reliability on the basis of technical state coefficients, a method is proposed and substantiated – the one of application of Shuhart control card. 
This method allows to find the development of malfunction at the air of indicator trend by exclusion of random components in design values stipulated by errors of measuring instruments and by pulsations of working medium flow in flowing part of Units.

ABSTRACT
Based on the concepts of bubbling offered a new cooling system of transformer oil. This phenomenon represents the heat transfer in a liquid with using gas bubbles. The proposed cooling system increases the heat transfer coefficient in the oil and can contribute to the optimization mode of operation of the installation.

ABSTRACT
For systems of reverse water supply the balance of water has to be formed, considering all losses, necessary discharges and water additions into the system for compensation of all decreases from it.
Due to the fact that cooling of circulating water occurs as a result of evaporation, there is a concentration of the dissolved salts. Increase of salts concentration leads to salt sedimentation at the surface of the heat exchange equipment, decrease of heat takeoff from technological products and efficiency of water reverse system falls. Therefore it is necessary to do «purge» in order to keep salt balance in the system.
MEGA Profiline offers an optimal and the most effective solution for reduction of salinity in the reverse water for prevention of sedimentation on the walls of the equipment and pipelines, and also reduction of make-up water consumption. Such a solution is desalination of purge water by means of EDR units and its further return to the water reverse cycle.
The stream of purge water is fed to reversive electrodialysis unit (EDR) where desalination of this stream takes place, due to transfer of the dissolved salts ions through the membranes, selective to these ions in the field of direct electric current. As a result at the outlet from EDR unit there is a desalinated water (95%) and a concentrate (5%). Thus, purge water discharge in the sewerage is reduced almost by 20 times.
According to calculations payback of the EDR units, manufactured by MEGA, taking into account economy of make-up water and reduction of water discharge for treatment is 0,5-1,5 years depending on the coefficient of evaporation and the flow rate of water reverse system.

ABSTRACT
For a description of the densification process in thin-film module sludge oil trap is proposed to use the energy balance condition capacities. It is found that the energy balance condition capacity allows the connection between the parameters of the densification process of sludge in sludge compactor: geometric, kinematic and rheological parameters of the specific friction force sludge particles on the wall of the seal cuttings specific gravity sludge.
The purpose of this paper is to determine the parameters of thin-film modules and the size of the sump by means of the energy balance method capacities, providing the desired cleaning effect.

ABSTRACT
Some perspectives of development of power engineering in fuel and energy complex of the economically developed countries in the world are considered in this article. Evolution and application of some renewable energy sources are studied. Advantages and disadvantages of application of some renewable energy sources are outlined. An attempt to estimate ecological hazards of hydrocarbons usage as fuel in power engineering is made. Thermonuclear power is considered as the main source of energy in the future of the world.
